Our audio guide is a comprehensive system designed for museums, cultural institutions, and tour operators, combining a mobile app for visitors, traditional audio guide devices available on-site, and a central content management system (CMS).
This solution makes it possible to flexibly tailor the tour format to the needs of different groups.
Present the location from a different perspective
The application supports video content display, consequently enabling augmented reality. Through video materials, specific objects or locations can be brought to life, providing visitors with a deeper understanding and more information about them.
The video track can also be used to display content with sign language for the hearing impaired.
We offer video production services, ranging from promotional spots to additional recordings related to the history of a chosen location.
We also offer the possibility of creating a separate instance of a mobile audio guide application for a specific institution, including the logo and appropriate color scheme.
The audio guide application is ideal for modern facilities that want to provide visitors with information in their native language.
Choose the model that fits your institution's scale and budget. Every deployment includes full multilanguage support (PL, EN, DE, FR and more) and central CMS.

We offer two implementation models. A listing in the AppAudioGuide app costs from 3,000 PLN net per year — the venue receives its own audio tour within the existing app on the App Store and Google Play, with full multilingual support and its own CMS. A dedicated mobile app under the client’s brand is priced on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of the project and the amount of content. Stationary audio guide devices can also be purchased or hired. We prepare each quote individually following a brief discussion about the venue’s requirements. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
The system supports an unlimited number of language versions. As standard, we implement 4–6 languages (Polish, English, German, French, Ukrainian, Spanish), but further languages can be added at any time via the CMS panel. We also offer voice-over and translation services — you don’t need to have your own voice-over artists or translators.
Yes, once the content has been downloaded, the app works entirely offline. This is particularly useful in museums with poor Wi-Fi coverage or in historic buildings with thick walls. The location lock feature also allows you to restrict access to the exhibition to the premises only.
Yes. Every customer is given browser-based access to the CMS, where they can add and edit recordings, descriptions, languages, QR codes, route maps and quizzes. Changes are published immediately, without the need to update the app in the shops. We train the venue’s staff on how to use the system as part of the implementation process.
We assist with securing external funding. We have experience in applying for grants from EU funds, programmes run by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and other sources that support the digitisation of cultural heritage. We offer advice, highlight current calls for applications and assist with preparing the necessary documentation.
A listing in the AppAudioGuide app (from 3,000 zł per year) features your venue as one of the tour routes within the existing app, which visitors can download from the App Store or Google Play. You receive full access to the CMS, multilingual support and all the app’s features. A dedicated mobile app, on the other hand, is a separate listing in the app stores under your venue’s brand, with its own logo and name — a prime example is the Silesian Museum in Katowice. Pricing is tailored to each project and depends on its scope. The choice between the models depends on the scale of the institution and its strategy for building a digital identity.
Yes. The app includes a high-contrast mode, text transcripts of all audio recordings (for deaf users), video tracks with Polish Sign Language (PJM), and screen reader-friendly navigation. The system complies with WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.
A standard implementation of an entry in the AppAudioGuide app, using the client’s ready-made content, takes 2–4 weeks. Full implementation of a bespoke app, including the production of recordings, translations and approval on the App Store and Google Play, takes 6–10 weeks. The timeframe depends on the number of entries in the exhibition and the languages involved.
We generate a unique QR code for each exhibit or group of exhibits. When scanned with a mobile phone, the app automatically plays the relevant audio or video recording. The codes can be printed on your own materials or ordered from us (labels, stickers, stands).
Yes. The CMS provides visitor statistics: which exhibits are most frequently selected, where visitors drop out, what the average duration of a visit is, and in which languages the app is most commonly used. This data helps with planning future exhibitions and gaining a better understanding of the visitor profile.
